Check out the goodies I got this week.
Kindle:
A Girl Named Digit (Digit #1)
Double Digit (Digit #2)
by Annabel Monaghan
Ever love an author so much you just have to read every book they have ever written? That's how I feel about Monaghan. I didn't even know she had these two. She also has some nonfiction but, as much as I want to read all her stuff, nonfiction really isn't my jam so I'll pass on those!
The Heirs by Faridah Abike-Iylmide
I will admit I'm a sucker for a good cover and this one drew me right in. I would have gotten it even without knowing what it was about. But the blurb also looks good!
I got these as my Amazon First Reads for June/July:
How To Ruin a Wedding by Elba Luz
Songbird in the Gallows by Alta Hensley
This author has stalker romance which I've enjoyed. I'm looking forward to seeing what she does with a little serial killer dark romance. I really wanted to do this on audio, but it's not available on Libby or Hoopla at this time.
Rescue Me (Forget the Past #1)
Read me (Forget The Past #2)
Resist Me (Forget The Past #3)
I love Connolly's most recent books and saw she had some older ones. She has some other series I might look into, as well. Not sure why the third book has a totally different cover. I hope these are as good as her others have been for me.
NetGalley/Edelweiss/Booktrovert:
Such Familiar Magic by Natasha Ngan
I'm definitely convinced NetGalley's "read now" books will be the death of me. Though I don't have any books for 2027 yet and this one publishes in January 2027 so I consider that a win. I actually had put this one on my potential request list (as I do with many of Berkley's books) and it popped up as read now, so I nabbed it.
Side note, I'm on vacation the next two weeks so I may or may not be posting my haul since I may or may not get anything (BLASPHEMY!).
What did you get this week?
