Best Book Boyfriends of 2013

Welcome to the Top Ten of 2013 hosted by FiktshunTwo Chicks on Books and Magical Urban Fantasy!

Time to take a look at best book boyfriends from 2013!

Circ from Fire Country (Country #1) by David Estes

Oh Circ. I just love him. He's simple and easy and so, yum yum! Ok, so that's a little weird since he's so young, but, you know, book boyfriend and all. His first kiss with Siena… *sighs*!

Through the Ever Night photo 13253276_zps480a1d3f.jpg

OMGosh I just love Roar. He's my favorite character in this series. He's funny and silly and so loving. And his relationship with Aria, oh gosh, so brotherly and lovely and everything I would want in a best guy friend!

Christian from Boundless (Unearthly #3) by Cynthia Hand

I just love Christian. I know, I know, how could I? Tucker Tucker Tucker. Yes, I loved Tucker, in the first book. But from book 2 on I was a Christian fan. Needless to say, I was disappointed with the ending of this book!

Chord from Dualed (Dualed #1) by Elsie Chapman

While I wasn't a lover of this book, I certainly was a lover of Chord. OMGosh he was totally amazing. There was not one thing I did not like about him. And West just pissed me off with how she treated him in the end!

Cole from Everbound (Everneath #1) by Brodi Ashton

Ok, so he's one of those I love to hate. Yup, he is. He seems like he's genuine, but he's not, or is he? It's so hard to tell!

Unravel Me photo 13104080_zpsff00bbbf.jpg

Warner from Unravel Me (Shatter Me #2) by Tahereh Mafi

Yup, another one I love to hate. I don't even know what to think of him. But chapter 62, yup, that's the chapter that spun my head in circles for sure!

Wait For You photo 17314430-1_zps03be3562.jpg

Cam from Wait For You (Wait For You #1) by J. Lynn (Jennifer L. Armentrout)

He makes cookies! Need I say more?

Asunder (Incarnate #2) photo 13043180_zpsc1686d85.jpg

Dosam from Asunder (Newsoul #2) by Jodi Meadows

He's a musician! What could be more romantic?

Lirium from Debt Collector Season 1 by Susan Kaye Quinn

He's your bad boy who is oh so good. Fighting for justice but fighting to get by. You must meet him. You will not be disappointed!

Day After (The 19th Year #2) photo 13348331-2_zps63bf6b83.jpg

Winn from Day After (The 19th Year #2) by Emi Gayle

Winn is a woon worthy nerd. Yup, you heard me, NERD. But it suits him. And it makes him so much more interesting and lovable! READ THIS SERIES!

And the honorable mentions:

  1. Those are really great book boyfriends!! Mine would be Adrian Ivashkov from Bloodlines series, Cam from Wait For You as well, and River Wild from Connected by Kim Karr. There's more, but those are my top 3. :-)

    1. I haven't read the Bloodlines series, yet. Hear great things. Cam is swoon worthy for sure! Never heard of the last one! Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Cole totally killed me!! I fell so hard, and then he . . . Ugh! I felt like I was the one betrayed! And though I'll still probably fall all over him again in the third book, I'm so mad at him. Honestly, I wish I could just give him a swift kick in the butt.

    Great list, BTW!

    1. Seriously! I really wanted to punch him in his face. He was SUCH an A$$. I am interested to see how Ashton handles it in book #3.

  3. Roar's my fave character from the series too! Added both him and Perry to my list <3
Ahh and Warner of course! I love him so much.
I wanted to do honorable mentions but I thought I'd add too many :P
    Great list!

    1. I had both of them, but took Perry out. Don't get me wrong, I love Perry. But I love Roar more! I didn't do nearly as many honorable mentions as I wanted to, I had to stop at three or I would have had 20! Thanks for stopping by!

  6. Yum for Warner, Cam and Isaiah! Team Tucker although I was disappointed how little he came out in book 3. I hated Christian in book 1 & 2 but by the end of book 3 I learned to tolerate him...

    1. I was torn about Tucker. I loved him in book 1, but I was hesitant in book #2. He kind of started to get on my nerves, to be honest, and I don't know why. I feel badly about it, tho! Thanks for stopping by!

  7. Warner and Cam almost made my list. It seems everyone has switched to Warner because I haven't seen any Adam's! And usually he is around. I love Winn! Cam & Isaiah also almost made my list. I was a Tucker girl.

    1. I haven't switched to Warner, he's just the one that sticks out. I totally love Adam, but I am surprised by his turn in Fracture Me, although I kind of understand it. I don't know which way to go, tho! Winn, he's one of my favorites. The geeky hot nerd, yum! Thanks for stopping by!
